The staff provided great hospitality. They were helpful and courteous. Flynn, Tegan, Simon, and Mitchell were especially great hosts . I enjoyed the gourmet food evening. The food was excellent, and the wines flowed nicely with each course. I also appreciated the spa and pool area. They created a very relaxing atmosphere.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The rooms felt quite outdated. the décor looked as though it hadn't been updated in decades. As a young traveller i felt out of place. moreover, staff mentioned decorating the table for my birthday but only scattered a meager amount of confetti.

this place has a great location with very nice surrounding views of the countryside. the hotel is easy to access by car. it felt very secluded, so it was very quiet!

The afternoon tea seemed to prioritize quantity. the sandwiches lacked inspiration. Just cheese and tomato, tuna, ham. a small salmon one without any extra flavor. cakes were fine. scones were dry. asking for more tea resulted in them adding hot water to the old teabags, it made the tea so weak. i had to ask them to make it properly.
